Dear Future Home Owners,
We hope you enjoy this home as much as we have. We have raised four beautiful children in this home. When we purchased the home, we had three babies, a 2-year-old and 4-month old twins. One of the reasons we loved this home was its location in the quiet cul-de-sac, a great place for our kids to learn to ride bikes and play in a safe environment. As our family grew and we added our fourth child, we were also thankful for the spacious backyard with plenty of room for a swing set, trampoline, and climbing dome. We’ve had many backyard birthday parties, enjoyed times grilling with friends and family and made many smores on cool fall nights. We’ve also enjoyed having the space to garden and grow a variety of flowers and shrubs.

Our active family has appreciated the wonderful neighborhood with a pond at the end of the street where our kids have skipped rocks and found fish and frogs. We love taking afternoon walks or jogs and saying hello to the neighbors. We will greatly miss the neighborhood pool and have loved all the summers spent sunning and splashing in the pool.

When we purchased this home, we were looking for more room for our growing family. This home, with its huge living areas, really delivered. The living room has tall ceilings which are perfect for massive Christmas trees. The dining room is spacious enough for a table to seat at least ten. Having a separate office space with beautiful built-ins gave us room to work. We were also impressed with the four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. With four females living here, the bathrooms were more of a necessity than we realized at the time. It has been so nice for everyone to have their own space.

We also really liked having the bonus room over the garage. We began using it as a play room, but over time it became a bedroom for our oldest daughter. As she entered her teenage years, she really appreciated the space all to herself. One of our favorite rooms is the master bedroom/bathroom with its beautiful tray ceilings. We love that the walk-in closet is right there in the bathroom, so convenient. The jetted garden tub is a relaxing place to end a day.

We have so many wonderful memories in this amazing home. We wish the same and more for you and your family!
