Dear Future Homeowner,

Let me introduce you to our home. This lovely house gives a welcoming feeling as soon as you walk through the door. The cozy character, yet modern appearance, makes you feel certain that you’re home. This was our first home, and we loved how the design and layout fit our family’s needs perfectly. The ranch-style is comfortable, and the beautiful trim and wainscotting around the main rooms add so much personality to the space. Every detail of the house is unique and perfect.

In this house, the living room and dining room tie in together and lead towards the kitchen. For us, this is an excellent design for hosting, football games, or just a night of watching tv. No matter what we planned, we always felt that the space was being used perfectly. The master bedroom is a haven in the home, with a double surprise waiting; Two large closets allowing for so much comfort and ease. It also has double doors opening up to the master bath with a beautifully tiled, walk-in shower, separate bath, and double vanity.

This house’s location is truly ideal for shopping, groceries, hospitals, and so much more. It’s an easy drive to Huntsville, Madison, Harvest, and Meridianville, making it an excellent and desirable living location.

One of the benefits of this neighborhood is undoubtedly, the neighbors. They are kind, friendly, and respectful. We loved getting to know the families and individuals in the community. They made evening walks, and bike rides more enjoyable as we could wave “hi” to a familiar face.

The outdoor space in the backyard is probably our favorite thing about the property. The patio and privacy of the fence allow for so much fun and so many great memories. It’s the ideal hosting spot for family or friends. Large enough for kids to play or dogs to run around, yet still relieves you from the burden of caring for a large yard.

We have truly loved our time in the house. For us, it was our starter home. We hope that it will be a special place for new memories and become the coziest place to call home for you.
