From the moment we drove up the long drive to the house and overlooked the pasture, we knew this was the perfect house for our family. We were expecting our second child and could envision our children playing in the large yard around the house. The classic red barn and four strand ElectroBraid® fence were perfect for our future animals. We entered the house from the French doors off the back patio and our eyes immediately went to the large front windows overlooking the lush pasture and neighboring field. The updated home, beautiful property, and fiber internet is what initially sold us on this property.

You will absolutely love the cleared land the house sits on. Plenty of room for the kids or dogs to play, so much so that we even created a 9-hole, Par 3, foam-ball golf course for when family and friends come to visit for the weekend. The home has been updated beautifully and the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room have been perfect for overseeing our young children while preparing meals in the kitchen. We love our large master suite, custom closet, and having the split floor plan from the kids/guest bedrooms. This home has incredible sunrises out the front window and in the winter, beautiful sunsets behind the barn through the trees.

We will miss the beautiful property and wildlife, our wonderful neighbors, and the location of this home. We have a regular flock of 20 turkeys that frequent our property and have seen the occasional deer. The turkeys come to eat in the yard and pasture and roost in the woods behind the barn. Our neighbors are the kindest people, and we hope to be as lucky with our next home. The ability to enjoy the country life while located only 11 minutes to Publix, less than 20 minutes to MidCity, Bridge Street and Redstone Arsenal, and 25 minutes to downtown Huntsville has been extremely convenient.

This was the home where we were going to raise our kids and enjoy the peace the country life provides. We are so blessed to have this job opportunity but heartbroken to leave our little slice of heaven. We hope that the next owners of our home will love it as much as we have.
